Abstract:	本研究以大型會計師事務所之審計人員為研究對象，藉由實證瞭解會計師事務所知識管理活動與審計專業人員核心能力及工作績效間之關連性，並加入組織文化及人格特質等因素，探討其對於知識管理推行之影響。研究結果發現，我國五大會計師事務所知識管理流程已臻成熟。審計人員之工作績效雖受到事務所知識管理活動之影響，但其核心能力才是提昇工作績效之主要來源。此外，內控型人格特質之審計人員，其核心能力及工作績效均較外控型佳。
