Abstract:	在本文中我們使用八十六學年度第二學期淡江大學一般性教學評鑑的調查資料來探討其中的兩大內衍潛在變項(Endogenous latent variables)指標--學生課程負擔及學生學習效果之間的關係, 並討論此兩大內衍潛在指標如何受外衍潛在變項(Exogenous latent variables)指標--教師敬業精神、教師授課方法及教師教學內容所影響。文中以線性結構關係方程式模型(Linear structural relationships equations model)為工具, 分別就商管、理工和文及外語學院三大群體來構建模型。除了分別找出各個群體中的特性外,我們也將討論並比較各大群體間的異同。
