    Abstract: 台灣房屋仲介業的薪獎制度,揉合了日系、美系制度的色彩,呈現普專、中專、高專三類給薪制度並存的狀況。其中,普專制是採高底薪、低業績獎金比例的計酬方式,高專制是採零底薪、高業績獎金比例的計酬方式,而中專制則介乎上述兩制之間。在這篇論文中,我們運用自行調查的房屋仲介經紀人資料,分析仲介經紀人在不同給薪制度間的選擇,以檢測Lazear (2000)所謂的自我選擇效果(self-selection effect)是否存在,觀察能力較高的經紀人是否傾向選擇高業績獎金比例的高專制。同時,我們分別討論普專、中專、高專三類給薪制度下,經紀人的績效表現是否受到業績獎金比例、底薪的影響,以檢測Lazear(2000)所謂的誘因效果(incentive effect)是否存在。
