Abstract:	通勤者之旅運決策行為受每日變化之外在環境與個人內在認知的影響，而產生日復一日(Day-to-day)之連慣性的行為變動現象；再加上在人類思維邏輯中，含有某種程度之模糊性，且對於方案屬性之感受與評價存在有灰色地帶，因此本研究將應用模糊理論探討通勤者之逐日(Day-to-day)出發時間與路徑動態旅運決策行為，並透過控制實驗法進行通勤者動態通勤模糊決策行為資料之蒐集、以及利用模糊時間序列模式(Fuzzy time series model)構建通勤者之模糊認知動態學習機制，藉以探討通勤者受外在環境、與交通資訊等刺激、以及個人內在認知之影響，所產生具有動態特性之行為機制；最後，進而依據不同決策行為，以模糊近似推論(Fuzzy approximate reasoning)的概念，進行通勤者動態出發時間與路徑模糊決策模式之構建與實證分析。
