Abstract:	本研究針對淡江大學教職員及學生日常駕駛通勤者為實證對象。第一階段是以敘述性偏好方式配合模糊集合理論設計問卷，取得受訪者日常通勤之靜態模糊決策行為資料，用以分析整體一般性模糊行為，並作為模糊決策模式構建之先驗基礎；第二階段是以控制實驗方式，以真實的通勤者在模擬的通勤環境下，進行連續數日的決策實驗，作為模式構建之依據。並利用系統化方式分析通勤者決策行為層級，以模糊推論(Fuzzy inference)為基礎，構建各六個通勤推論決策模型，利用程序性方式描述通勤決策過程中所產生的模糊行為；並在實驗結果限制下，針對其中三個決策模型結合模糊控制(Fuzzy control)與近似推論(Approximate reasoning)方式對各通勤決策行為模式進行實證分析。結果顯示利用推論模式之結果對於實際決策行為之符合程度平均達七成以上。
