    Abstract: 台灣地區在綿密的行動電話網路環境與高行動電話普及率下，應用行動電話進行即時交通資料收集已趨可行，本文擬對於國內外應用行動電話通訊技術發展現況與各種定位行動電話定位技術之可行性進行探討，在技術面上瞭解各種定位技術內容、應用方式、限制與發展趨勢，並於高速公路進行實際測試，以瞭解實務面上可能遭遇之困難與相關衍生問題，可作為未來推動行動定位服務之參考依據。
