本研究主要目的在探討員工對公司的正義知覺、組織承諾以及其對知識分享意願的影響,並進一步探討在不同組織型態、產業別、及不同的人口變項下,是否對知識分享之關係造成干擾作用,以促進員工的知識分享,提升政府或企業的競爭力。 This study proposes a model to explore the relationships among employee's perceived justice, organizational commitment and knowledge sharing behavior. In addition, it also investigates the moderating effect of corporation properties to encourages the knowledge sharing among employees and to promote the competitive ability of organization.
