本研究的主要目的為調查專案經理領導模式與團隊互動的關係，及其對於專案績效的影響，研究另一項目標為評估團隊互動在專案經理領導模式對於專案績效的影響路徑上是否具有中介效果，為了深入探索上述主題，研究中透過問卷調查來評估專案中管理者的領導模式、團隊溝通、團隊合作以及專案在時程、成本、品質與利害關係人滿意度等方面的表現。研究結果顯示轉換型領導與團隊溝通及團隊合作具高度相關性，團隊溝通與專案時程績效亦具有高度關聯性，另透過團隊合作也能夠有效提升專案中利害關係人的滿意度，此外，團隊互動在專案經理領導模式以及專案績效之間的中介角色也在本研究中獲得驗證。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships of the project manager's leadership style with team interaction, and their impact on project performance. The second objective was to determine whether the effect of leadership style on project performance may be mediated by team interaction. To address the primary aims, a questionnaire-based survey was used to measure the project manager's leadership style, team communication and collaboration, and project success in terms of schedule performance, cost performance, quality performance, and stakeholder satisfaction. The analyses suggest that transformational leadership may be positively related to team communication and collaboration. The findings also indicate that levels of team communication are positively associated with projects'levels of schedule performance. Additionally, Project stakeholder satisfaction can be achieved with greater team collaboration. The results also suggest that team interaction may serve as a mediator between leadership style and project performance.
