本研究採用DeLone & McLean的泛用型資訊系統成功模型,透過文獻探討找尋測 量電子商務零售系統模型的變數。以台北縣農會「真情食品館」電子商務網站會 員為研究對象,驗證此模型。研究結果發現,系統品質、資訊品質、服務品質會 影響使用者使用以及使用者滿意度,其中以服務品質對使用者使用的影響最大, 系統品質對使用者滿意度的影響最小;而使用者的使用及滿意度會影響其使用系 統的效益,且效益對使用者的使用及滿意度具有回饋的效果。 This article takes the DeLone & McLean IS success Model as a base, and finds out the measurements of E-commerce vendor systems model by integrating empirical studies. To verify the validity of this model, we execute an on-line survey from the members of an agricultural web store. The result shows that system quality, information quality and service quality can influence the system use and user satisfaction. Among the three qualities, system quality has the strongest effect on system use, and on user satisfaction, the influence of information quality is the most limited. The system use and user satisfaction can affect user's benefit, and the user benefit also feedback to the system use and user satisfaction.
