Abstract:	由於資訊科技高度發展的影響，資訊人力的議題將逐漸受到重視。一個值得討論的議題是，資訊人力的供給是否滿足企業組織的需求。過去研究資訊人員技能的文獻並沒有針對人力供需做進一步的討論，他們的調查內容只包含資訊人員在過去、當時、與未來該具備的資訊技能項目。而在資訊人員生涯錨的研究方面，主要強調的是，那些顯著的生涯錨類型是資訊人員特有的，同樣也沒有提到人力供給的議題。基於上述原因，我們將以「探討資管從業人員必備的專業能力與期望的生涯錨」為主要研究方向，研究目標如下：（一）透過資訊技能的調查，來探究產學對技能重要性認知上的差異。（二）資訊管理系所學生與資訊人員的生涯錨分佈，是否有差異。研究的結果期望能作為政府與學校在規劃整體資訊管理學程的一個導引與參考。
