    Abstract: 在供應鏈的策略決策上風險的因素一直很少被納入考量。本研究是以 Stackelberg賽局理論為架構，藉由條件風險值理論，配合訂價合約的基本模式 ，發展出製造商與零售商間訂價合約決策支援模式，以探討風險對於訂價合約決 策的影響。在研究中可發現具有風險考量時的決策模式，其策略結果確實較能承 受較大市場需求的變化，進而能有效降低企業決策上的風險。
