    摘要: 本研究嘗試將業界已發展成熟之企業內部網路規劃模式針對中華民國陸軍基礎戰略單位任務需求、組織內部文化、及特殊性質提出適合其組織架構之資訊網路基礎建設建議案,以期在全軍資訊網路化前提供國軍一份參考依據。研究內容分為二部分:第一部分為企業內部網路、國軍組織文化、以及網路規劃相關領域之文獻探討,找尋出國軍在未來資訊發展的方向,比較國軍與外界組織需求之同、異處,討論目前業界已成熟之企業內部網路技術引入國軍之可行性。第二部分針對網路建構之五大階段中之設計至維護階段,依開放式系統設計原則,把反映組織文化、結構之觀念層網路拓樸與反映實地建構之實體層網路拓樸分開規劃以維持設計之彈性,期能提供出一套適合陸軍未來新型戰略基本單位及能維持一定品質、效率的駐地內部基礎網路規劃建議案。
    The research is based on literature survey of topics on Computer Network Design, the Social Structure and Culture of R.O.C. Army, and Intranet Development. With the finding and conclusions of above issues, this research may provide useful ideas to the future Army's basic strategic units' computer networking infrastructure in the earlier design phase. This research is bisected to describe the ideas for the Army strategic units' network design. The first section is the literature review on the history of the Intranet, the necessities for R.O.C. Army strategic units to develop its own Intranet, cultures and organizational structure traits for this Army, and the design models for computer network. The second section is to conclude the survey and analysis procedures through earlier section and concentrate on the design and maintenance phases among five network design phases. Following the spirit of open system design, we make our design more flexible by separate the networking topology into two layers, conceptual layer and physical layer. By doing so, a standard networking construction drill manual, which is suitable to those designed units is written. We wish this research might provide some guidance and rise some important issues with different perspectives for the Army in the future information system design.
