    摘要: 近年來,資訊科技的應用已成為企業取得競爭優勢的必要條件,在這之中扮演著重要角色的資管人員,隨著資訊科技不斷創新的發展、應用,常需透過企業再訓練的計畫來加強必備的知識與技能,然而這對台灣多數資源極為有限的中小企業來說,似乎是個不易達成的目標。本研究籍由針對中小企業資訊主管與資管系主任調查的資料,比較中小企業資管人員知識、技能的需求,與資管系課程強調內容間的差異。研究結果發現,資管系在專業技術之知識與技能培訓教育方面,除應加強學生在系統整合、軟硬體維護的能力外,也應多加注意中小企業極為重視的網路、電腦安全與稽核等相關課題。此外,專業技術之知識與技能的教學應適時的結合技術管理知識與企業營運知識,並利用多元化的授課方式以加強學生人際關係處理能力與管理能力。本研究結果期能作為各大學(學院)資管系規劃課程時的參考內容外,並提供經濟部中小企業處與有關單位在舉辦相關培訓課程或研討會的參考依據。
    Since past few years, to apply information technology has become a necessary requirement for cooperation to compete and stay ahead. Owing to the rapidly change of information technology, it's clear that cooperation must do on-jog training for MIS personals, who play a critical role in this global competition, in order to improve their required knowledge and skills. However, it seems to be a difficult job for most Taiwanese small with limited resources. The object in this research is to understanding the differences between the supply and demand for training a MIS personals through to survey MIS directors in small business and directors of MIS department in the universities. The results of the research showed that schools should offer more networks, computer security and audit related courses besides improving students' knowledge on systems integration and software/hardware maintenance. Also, the teaching knowledge and skills of technical specialties should combine knowledge of both technology management and business functions. Moreover, teaching should be given in various flexible ways to enhance students' abilities of dealing with different work relationships and management. The tentative is to provide conclusions as references for schools when developing curriculums, also for government when designing conferences and workshop.
