    摘要: 隨著網際網路使用人口的增加及政府的大力推動下,電子商店的商機也隨之增加。本研究主要探討電子商店的設立對組織結構及企業文化等組織因素的影響,而不同電子商店的經營型態及不同的業務型態是否會造成不同程度的影響?研究結果發現:電子商店的設立對組織結構及企業文化二者的部分變數有影響;但不同的電子商店經營型態,如:單店、專賣店及購物中心,對組織結構及企業文化的影響沒有差異;而不同的業務型態,如:公司業務的延伸及專營網路商店,對組織結構及企業文化的影響也沒有差異。本研究的結果可作為企業經營電子商店之參考,亦即不論要設立何種業務型態或經營型態的電子商店,除了成功因素的考量,還要注意到電子商店設立後對組織因素的影響,若能事先預防及重視,如此公司才能從電子商店獲得效益。
    With the increasing popularity of the Internet coupled by government efforts to make it readily available, Internet commerce has become increasingly more profitable. The purpose of this research is to study the influences of electronic store's establishment on organizational structure and organizational culture---Do the different operating and business types of electronic stores have different influences? We get some conclusions from the research, the setup of electronic stores will influence some variables of organizational structure and organizational culture. There are no influences for different operating types of electronic stores-such as individual store, specialty shop, and Mall to organizational structure and organizational culture. The different business types, such as extension of the company business and dedicated cyber shop that have no different influences on organizational structure and organizational culture. The results of this research could be referred when enterprises want to setup an electronic store. No matter what kinds of business types and operating types of electronic stores are setting up that should consider the successful factors and also should be notified the influences on organizational factors. More preparedness and carrying on those success and organization factors for the setup electronic stores that got more desired benefits for a company.
