Abstract:	協同規劃預測補貨(Collaborative planning forecasting and replenishment, CPFR)源起於解決供應鏈問題，目前國外有多家公司證明導入CPFR模式具有正面成效，反觀之台灣零售業於此方面的應用尚少，故本研究採用系統發展研究方法，以雛型系統作為個案深入訪談的工具，期望探討此模式運用於台灣零售業之可行性、應該注意與需要修正之建議，以及導入CPFR系統的考量因素。在與零售業六家廠商進行深入訪談發現，CPFR模式適用於百貨量販業與烘焙業。而雛型系統則需再根據各產業作微幅修改方能符合產業特性，以百貨量販業為例，應再加強自動化部份，以減少人為重覆輸入的動作。研究亦發現導入CPFR系統會受資訊化程度、可信賴合作夥伴的影響，導入的瓶頸以資訊分享、合作夥伴的溝通協調和高階主管支持為最多。
