本研究乃利用Macroazo-initiator為起始劑,行自 由基聚合反應,以合成具有親水性及疏水性鏈結 之兩親性(amphiphilic)團聯共聚物(block copolymer),預 期將具有良好的抗血栓性及生體適合性。其合 成方法是將ACVA( Azobiscyano valeric acid)與PCl/sub 5/反應生成ACVC(Azobiscyano valeric chloride),在室溫中與具 親水性之 MPEG-2000(Poly ethylene glycol methyl ether)行縮 合反應,以得到 Macroazo-initiator。藉由分散聚合,不同比例之疏水性丙烯單體和Macroazo-initiator行 共聚合反應,可得一系列不同MPEG含量之共聚合物 。將共聚合物製成薄膜,測其接觸角(Contact angle),以探討MPEG的含量和親水性質之關係。此外, 利用溶液摻合(Solution blending),探討聚丙烯/團 聯共聚合物摻合系及聚丙烯/MPEG摻合系的性質 比較。並研究澆鑄液溫度及沈澱槽溫度對製造 多孔性薄膜之影響,以作為尿素、尿酸系溶質透 析用之血液透析膜評估。 Amphiphilic block copolymer containing polyethyleneglycol (PEG) and polyacrylonitrile (PAN) chains were prepared by using macroazo-initiator method. The polymerization is carried out under varying reaction conditions. Surface properties, such as contact angle, of the copolymer were studied after casting into film. Micro-porous films will be cast by using DMSO/H/sub 2/O solvent system. The best film-casting condition will be selected for further study of transport properties for urea and uric acid.
