    Abstract: 1-氮雜環丙烯亦被稱為次乙亞胺,在酸性環境下與化合物的羧基或羥基進行加成反應。從 1-氮雜環丙烯與含磷或氮的化合物合成一系列反應型阻燃劑。1-氮雜環丙烯基,提供反應型阻燃劑個活化反應端,與織物(例如:棉纖維)或陰離子型PU的羧基反應。反應後化合物的阻燃效率,是根據附著量與燃燒極限需氧指數,所計算出含磷、氮的量。
    Aziridine also called ethyleneimine that is reactive toward the carboxylic or hydroxy group under an acidic environment. A series of reactive flame retardants were synthesized from the reaction of aziridine with some phosphorus or nitrogen containing compounds. Aziridinyl group of these compounds served as the reactive site toward hydroxy groups of textile (e.f cotton) or carboxylic group of PU anionomers. The flame retardant performance of these reactive compounds according to the contents of nitrogen or phosphorus were evaluated by the measurements of limiting oxygen index and the add-on value of these reactive compounds.
