本研究主要以解析解的方式求得固定壁濃度具迴流效應之多行程質量交換系統,以共軛格拉茲系統配合正交展開法(Orthogonal expansion technique)求得其無因次濃度分布,及迴流效應對本系統的影響。相較於單行程系統,討論加裝隔板並以迴流的效應對質量傳送效率的改善。本研究的目的是發展完整的數學理論,及設計改善具迴流之平板型之質量交換效率的裝置,並探討迴流比值和隔板位置對質量傳送效率的影響。 A study on improvement in performance of multi-pass parallel-platemass exchangers with uniform wall concentration and with externalrefluxes has been investigated by use of an orthogonal expansiontechnique. Comparisons of analytical results are made with single-passoperations of the same size (Without sheets inserted and withoutrecycle). Considerable improvement in the mass transfer efficiency forlarge mass Graetz numbers is obtainable by introducing therecycle-effect concept in designing such multi-pass operations. Theeffect of sheet location on the enhancement of mass transferefficiency as well as on the increment of power consumption, has beendiscussed.
