    Title: 傾斜式氣-液兩相薄膜超過濾塔之研究

    Abstract: 本研究中提出傾斜式之氣-液兩相掃流薄膜超過濾系統, 並探討在不同操作條件下, 改變傾斜角度對濾速的影響。實驗系統為管型無機薄膜超過濾模組, 測試之巨分子溶液為Dextran T500之水溶液。從實驗結果得知, 當傾斜角度為45度時, 濾速值最大。當液體流動屬層流時, 改變傾斜角度對濾速有較大程度之提升; 且隨通入氣體量之增加, 濾速亦隨之增加, 但有趨於一極限值之趨勢, 尤其當傾斜角度為45度時最為明顯。由此得知, 適量之氣體已足以在傾斜式系統中提升濾速, 可節省操作能源。
