    Title: 可變形次微米粒子之掃流過濾

    Abstract: 本研究以假單孢菌水溶液為對象,進行其掃流過濾機構之研究。發現操作壓差愈大,則其濾速反而會愈低,掃流速度愈大則濾速會跟著提高,懸浮液之濃度愈高則濾速會較低。為了探求其過濾理論,因此對濾餅內之局部性質進行動態解析。此解析方式考慮粒子間的面接觸及其變形,可獲得濾餅內局部孔隙度、過濾比阻、及固體壓縮壓力之分佈。而結果顯示於濾材上形成極為緻密之表皮層雖只占濾餅不到一成的厚度,卻是濾阻形成之主因;且增大壓差將導致表皮層更緊密以致濾阻變大。此結論可由掃描式電子顯微鏡之實驗結果獲得驗證。
