    Abstract: 邇來,危險性化學品之運輸安全已成有關當局與大眾矚目的焦點。化學品之貯存與輸送過程常發生事故,輸送事故會造成火災、爆炸與毒性物質的外洩。輸送事故只要有易燃性液體外洩,則火災會比爆炸常見。汽油利用油罐車運輸,搬有運無到國內各地加油站以供應國內車輛之燃料,無疑地油罐車對貨暢其流占有相當重要的地位;然而,汽油係屬引火性危險物,其閃火點僅為攝氏零下四十三度,低於常溫輸儲之溫度甚多,因此油罐車輸儲之受熱安全評估有其必要性。本文之目的主要提出雙櫃型橢圓臥式油罐車在日曬曝露下之數學模式;文中除分析橢圓型槽體之熱效應外並針對油罐車某一槽櫃意外破裂穿孔時之外洩量、液位下降及洩漏時間提出量化計算。此研究對化學槽車之運輸安全具有參考價值。
