The size of dispersed phase of reactive blending of PPS/ABS is smaller than that of simple physical blend. The MAH has reactive functional groups, it plays a role of compatibilization reagent in polymer blends. Due to the performance of amphiphilic copolymer, the interphase adhesion is improved. The amorphous state of PPS increases in the reactive blends, the impact strength will be improved as expectation.
