    Title: 新型高分子奈米複合材料之製備與分析

    Abstract: 二苯亞甲基山梨醇(1,3:2,4-Dibenzylidenesorbitol;DBS)在具有高分子熔融態或有機溶劑的環境下,會自我組裝形成奈米細纖維,並且產生三度立體空間的網狀結構,稱為有機膠(organogel)。本研究是將DBS 溶於苯乙烯(styrene)單體中,同樣的發現DBS 在styrene 環境中會形成有機膠,之後利用熱起始聚合方法將styrene 單體聚合,形成聚苯乙烯(polystyrene;PS)高分子且具有網狀結構之DBS 奈米細纖維,為一新型的高分子奈米複合材料。此複合材料改善了PS 的性質,由實驗結果得知DBS 的加入,會提升聚合的轉化率及分子量;此外,也發現網狀結構的DBS 奈米纖維,會隨著DBS 含量增加,造成整體結構更加緊密,因此造成膨潤程度變小及玻璃轉移溫度上升。關鍵詞:二苯亞甲基山梨醇、有機膠、自我組裝、網狀結構
