    Abstract: 本研究利用嗜鹽菌(Haloferax mediterranei)發酵生產生物分解性PHA聚酯塑膠,發酵菌液經凍乾後得到菌粉,再利用不同界面活性劑提取菌胞內之聚酯高分子。所使用的界面活性劑包括甜菜鹼、幾丁聚醣、卵磷脂、十八烷基三甲基銨四種界面活性劑,用量從0.06g到0.22g不等,探討用量對提取嗜鹽菌細胞中PHA效果之研究。並且將提取出來的PHA薄膜利用NMR、FTIR分析結構,GPC測其分子量,DSC測其T/sub g/、T/sub m/,T/sub c/並計算結晶度,TGA測其熱裂解溫度。
    The conventional method to extract PHA polyester produced from bacterial fermentation was via. Soxlet extraction using chloform. To avoid the usage of organic solvent, surfactants were used in this study to recover PHA from Haloferax mediterranei. These surfactants were betain, chitosan,phosphatidylcholine, octadecyltrimethylammonium chloride. The effect of different amounts of surfactant, from 0.06g to 0.22g, on the recovery efficiency was investigated. Furthermore, the chemical structure of the extracted PHA was analyzed by NMR and FTIR. The molecular weight was measured by GPC. Thermal properties were also studied.
