    Title: DGEBA型環氧樹脂/蒙脫土複材之化學流變

    Abstract: 本研究以磁石攪拌混合環氧樹脂、硬化劑與不同比例的蒙脫土(1%、3%、5%、7%)製備奈米複合材料,製程中使用十八烷基胺對蒙脫土加以改質為親油性,以利於高分子插層。以平板式流變儀對Epoxy/clay複合材料進行動態測試,並探討不同比例下的蒙脫土對環氧樹脂插層與流變性質之影響。於溫度掃描時發現環氧樹脂會隨著蒙脫土含量增加而交聯溫度下降;於時間掃描時發現隨著蒙脫土的含量增加會令交聯時間開始延後,這是因為加入蒙脫土而阻礙環氧樹脂的交聯所致。本研究並以XRD(X-ray diffraction)判斷環氧樹脂是否有成功插入黏土層間。
