Abstract:	本研究擬製備經由O-6接枝上聚乙二醇的改質幾丁聚醣。首先將鄰苯二甲酸酐/二甲基甲醯胺（PA/DMF）均勻溶於幾丁聚醣甲酸溶液中，藉由鄰苯二甲酸酐和胺基之反應以保護幾丁聚醣之胺基，並增加幾丁聚醣在有機溶劑之溶解性。以元素分析來測定經由鄰苯二甲酸酐在幾丁聚醣上之取代度，再以紅外線光譜來對產物進行結構上的分析。其次將保護後之幾丁聚醣上的氫氧基與3-異丙烯基-α,α-二甲基卞基異氰酸鹽(TMI)在80℃下進行反應，藉以產生具反應性之雙鍵，並使用聯胺水溶液將幾丁聚醣之胺基還原。再藉由光起始劑及聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯之添加，經過紫外光硬化處理後形成接枝共聚合體膜材，而獲得O-6接枝聚乙二醇的改質幾丁聚醣，針對最終產物進行XRD、FTIR及熱性質等分析。
