    Abstract: 離胺酸人體的必需氨基酸,因同時具有胺基與酸基,容易形成兩性離子,對於一般的有機溶劑溶解性皆很低。而利用水-有機溶劑的共溶劑,配成離胺酸的含水有機溶劑溶液。在聚合反應過程,利用化學或物理方式除水。探討不同反應參數對反應轉化率與聚合度的影響。反應後的產物,利用FTIR、NMR分析結構變化,並且,利用MS檢測其分子量,及DSC分析其熱行為性質。
    Lysine is an important amino acid, which is insoluble in most organic solvent. Solution of lysine in cosolvent of water/DMSO was prepared. Polymerization was conducted during the elimination of water by chemical or physical way. Different reaction parameters was studied to reveal the effect on the conversion as well as the degree of polymerization. The polylysine were characterized chemically by FTIR, NMR. Molecular weight was analyzed by EDI-MS, and thermal behavior by DSC.
