    Abstract: 太陽能應用於顆粒狀農產品之除濕乾燥,可利用太陽能空氣加熱器所產生之熱空氣以進行除濕乾燥之用。可行之用途,包括以此熱空氣直接對物料進行高溫乾燥或低溫乾燥,或以此熱空氣再生吸附劑以進行化學除濕。當吸收面材質選定後,影響太陽能空氣加熱器性能之因素主要為氣候、吸收板型式、空氣流動方式及空氣流量等。在本研究計畫中,從熱傳之分析推導這些因素對雙流式平板型太陽能空氣加熱器性能影響之關係式,經由理論計算以得出最佳太陽能空氣加熱器之設計型式。
