    摘要: 科技傳播與社會的變遷，改變了人類的出版文化與閱讀習慣，而在知識社會中，圖書館將善用多樣化的媒體，提供多元化網路知識服務以因應之。本文將研析大學圖書館利用電子報進行知識服務之研究，並以 淡江大學 為例分享經驗。
    As the communication technologies and the society have progressed, the culture of publishing and the habit of reading also been transferred. In the knowledge society, libraries will provide various web-based services with multiple media. This article gives a case study of the services with e-Newsletter in academic libraries.
