    Abstract: 近年科技蓬勃發展，在通話與訊息傳遞方面，電話與簡訊已慢慢地被相關的行動終端設備的APP所取代，隨著網路功能的智慧型手機普及，遂可將救難系統架構在智慧型手機上。
    本研究為了改善傳統救難隊通訊使用的手持無線電對講機之缺點，例如重量、體積龐大、天線容易折損…等問題，建立了一套救難用的APP，採用Android系統作為作業系統，建立一個WiFi-SoftAP的網路架構，使的救難人員和受困人員透過手機內應用程式進行交流，並在黃金時間內進行搶救。
