    Abstract: 現今的安全監控市場CCTV (Closed-circuit Television)占大多數,雖然趨勢走向IP CAM (IP Camera),但其價格昂貴,現在替換率並不高。與IP CAM作比較,目前普遍使用的CCTV除了畫質較差的缺點,也缺乏PT (Pan Tilt)的方位控制以及遠端監控功能。在PT的部分,雖然市面上已有雲台可資利用,但其軌跡規劃只有定速並且僅能水平方向移動,無法作任意方位之控制,且需額外加裝DVR (Digital Video Recorder)才能做遠端遙控。所以,本論文設計了一個兩自由度的追蹤平台,並且在馬達驅動板部分進行改良,例如模組化的設計、硬體電路設計、PCB Layout設計。將CCTV架設在此平台,也可讓CCTV如同IP CAM具有PT的功能,不但能精準定位而且能符合規劃的速度要求。另外,此平台也可整合網路設備進行遠端遙控。
    Today CCTV (Closed-circuit Television) is the majority in the market of security surveillance. Though the trend is moving toward IP CAM (IP Camera), the price is still too expensive, and thus so far the replacement rate is not high. Compared with the IP CAM, there are some disadvantages associated with the widespread used CCTV, for example the poor quality of image, lack of PT (Pan Tilt) position control, and remote monitoring capabilities. Concerning the PT function, although one may take the advantage of utilizing the existing Pan-Tilt platform, but it can rotate only at certain prescribed constant speed rates and the movement is restricted to be in a plane, unable to realize a three dimensional positioning control. In addition, it needs to install a DVR (Digital Video Recorder) in order to perform remote control.
    In conclusion this thesis aims at the design and realization of a two-degrees-of-freedom tracking platform with particular emphasis on the motor driver board as part of improved modular design, the hardware circuit design, and PCB Layout Design. As an application, when a CCTV is mounted upon this platform, it works like an IP CAM, with accurate positioning and speed control. Lastly this platform can also be integrated with network devices for remote control.
