    Abstract: 由於目前生理監測設備的連結尚處於有線傳輸方式,且於電腦上呈現的軟體皆為自家所開發無法共通,本文根據現有生理監測設備的不足,設計了無線遠端人體生理訊號健康照護監測系統。
    硬體方面針對感測器的介面設計了各訊號來源之數據整合電路使用STMicroelectronics公司的SMT32F103的晶片來整合各訊號為串列訊號,再連接G-link公司的GL-6B晶片,此晶片有藍芽核心晶片與ADC轉換電路做為傳輸無線訊號用,軟體設計部份以Visual C++語言所撰寫的數據剖析程式、波形及數值展示介面來呈現生理訊號,完成整個無線傳輸系統。
    Extant original physiological monitoring equipment is still direct line cable transmission now and the package application software are presented on company own and cannot be developed in common research, this paper based on the original physiological monitoring equipment, and design of wireless remote monitoring of physiological signals health care system.
    The system is built around on physiological signal wireless transmission systems, with wireless transmission of human physiological signals sensed, such as electrocardiogram (ECG), blood pressure, oxygen, etc., the patient side sensed physiological signal will conversion into a serial signal, the signal via wireless transmission protocol transmitted by Bluetooth protocol to terminal, and then the program will be received by the data analysis of the data is restored to the classification of a variety of physiological signals, and then by the waveform drawing programs and numerical computation program displayed in the application on the screen, in order to facilitate interpretation of the medical data.
    Terms of hardware interface design for sensors of various signal source data integration circuit uses STMicroelectronics company’s SMT32F103 chipset to integrate various signals to serial signals, and then connect G-link''s GL-6B chip, this chip has Bluetooth chipset and ADC conversion circuit used for wireless signal transmission, software part by Visual C + + language programs written in serial data parser, waveform and numerical display interface to render the physiological signals, to completion of the entire wireless transmission systems.
    Finally, this wireless physiological monitoring system for the actual physiological signals of the test, the experimental results with the original hospital physiologic monitoring system used in conventional physiological signal processing and display functions the same, proven design of the system to achieve a remote physiological monitoring healthcare system wireless technology objectives.
