    摘要: 本研究的主要目的在於探討保險業務員的「資訊安全認知」程度對「保障客戶隱私權行為意圖」的影響。 從相關文獻分析,本研究將「資訊安全認知」依資訊安全三要素,分為「機密性」、「完整性」、「可用性」;在「保障客戶隱私權」以Ajzen(1985)提出的計畫行為理論分為「保障客戶隱私權的態度」、「保障客戶隱私權的主觀規範」、「保障客戶隱私權的行為控制知覺」,採用問卷調查法,以保險業的業務人員為研究對象,透過描述性統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及簡單回歸分析等統計方法加以分析與解釋。研究結果顯示:
    一、保險業務員的「資訊安全認知」對「保障客戶隱私權的態度」有正相關。
    二、保險業務員的「保障客戶隱私權的態度」對「保障客戶隱私權行為意圖」有正相關。
    三、保險業務員的「保障客戶隱私權的態度」對「資訊安全認知」與「保障客戶隱私權行為意圖」之間具有中介效果。
    The study aims to explore influence of “information security awareness” of insurance salesperson on “protection of client privacy behavior intention”. Pursuant to relevant literature, "information security awareness" is divided into “confidentiality”, “integrity” and “availability” based on three information security elements in the study. “Protection of client privacy” is divided into “protection of client privacy attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control” in the theory of planned behavior produced by Ajzen (1985). In the study, a questionnaire is adopted and insurance salesperson is survey object. The findings are as follows:
    1. “Information security awareness” of insurance salesperson has a positive correlation with “protection of client privacy attitude”.
    2. “Protection of client privacy attitude” of insurance salesperson has a positive correlation with “protection of client privacy behavior intention”.
    3. There is a mediation effect between “protection of client privacy attitude” of insurance salesperson and “information security awareness” as well as “protection of client privacy behavior intention”.
