    Abstract: 隨著近幾年智慧型手機的流行,這股熱潮也讓App對於手機用戶的重要性與日俱增。本研究團隊在Android和iOS兩個平台上開發了”淡江i生活”App,提供給教職生使用。
    本研究希望了解校園內的使用者需求,並且透過分析使用者行為,找出App功能以及學校生活的改善空間,使校園內的使用者能享受到更便利的資訊化校園生活。
    研究團隊首創的即時影像功能使用比例及次數更勝單純的動態資訊查詢,甚至令使用者的行為改變;單純的App版本更新容易被使用者忽略,若要提升使用者更新比例,必須搭配宣傳;年齡是影響App下載比例的主要因素而非教育程度之高低;使用者嘗試新的App大約需要兩週,點擊次數才會回歸常態;高年級使用者運動頻率較低年級高;資料蒐集發現許多未來時間的資料,表示有許多人利用更改手機時間來換取其他App遊戲的獎勵;使用者使用的高峰時間是在下午一點至四點;不只通勤使用者會查看公車資訊,住學校附近的使用者也會;使用「淡江i生活」最多的是商管學院底下的系所;使用「淡江i生活」最頻繁的是大學三年級的使用者;校園內最方便的連線方式是校園wifi而非3G。
    With the popularity of smart phone users in recent years, App has become much more important to smart phone users. The research team developed " Tamkang University i-life App" on both Android and iOS platforms, mainly provided to the users in the Tamkang University.
    This study hopes to understand the users'' needs within the campus, and through the analysis of user behavior, to identify the improvement space of App functions and school life. So that users can enjoy better informatization campus environment.
    The study found that live camera function has been used the most and even changed users’ habits; version update of App always ignored by the users easily without any advertisement and new functions; age of users is the impact of the main factors of the proportion of App downloads instead of education level; Users takes about two weeks to try the new App, and user’s behavior will return to normal; exercise frequency of higher grades users is higher; we found a few future data, which means some user changed the time of their smart phone in order to exchange the life of candy crush; The peak time of App is 1p.m. to 4p.m.; most of user comes from business management department; user live near to school will also watch the bus info; third grade student is the most frequent users of “ Tamkang i life"; campus wifi is the most convenient way in campus.
