歐元曾被視為對區域性經濟與政治整合具有崇高的評價，反觀現今的歐債危機，不但為多數歐洲國家帶來沉重的經濟壓力，甚至還對全球經濟帶來負面的變數，影響全世界經濟陷入衰退的重大金融危機。歐盟成員國中，德國政府乃歐洲聯盟中具有重要權力的國家之一，本研究針對德國政府在2009.12-2012.12時期，面臨歐盟成員國所出現的債務危機下，受到特定的歷史結構與政治經濟邏輯之影響，並面對此一危機展現及發展出相關危機管理的決策機制特徵，以及探討在解決歐元債務發展方向的互動過程中，德國政府危機處理的機制。 因此本研究針對德國政府面對危機時，所採取的危機管理階段中「危機爆發前」、「危機爆發」、「危機爆發後」各個階段，所採取的危機處理策略之差異性及對利益關係人管理的角度，以文獻分析法和深度訪談法來進行比較分析。 Greek credit crisis occurring in 2009, not only led to the biggest crisis since Euro issued but also trapped the European countries and the whole international financial market in a trouble. German is the core country of the EU member states. This dissertation is going to discuss German''s crisis management Study of Eurozone Debt Crisis. During 2009.12-2012.12 ,the perspectives of Bundestag to various political parties are also the main aspect for further discussion in this thesis. In this research will offer you the diversity of different German government crisis management tactics during the three stages of “crisis before breaking out phase," “crisis while breaking out phase” and “crisis after clearing up phase.”At the same time, this research bases on the management angle of interest affiliated person, also proceeds comparative analysis by Document Analysis Method and In-depth Interview Method.
