本研究採用Delone & Mclean的資訊系統成功模式為研究架構，並以經濟部使用公文線上簽核行政人員為研究對象，從使用者的角度探討經濟部公文線上簽核系統的使用評價。本研究共發出250份問卷給經濟部行政人員填寫，回收208份問卷，回收率為83.2%。 依據本研究分析後所得結論如下： 1.經濟部行政人員對該部公文線上簽核系統滿意程度，屬中上。 2.在使用公文線上簽核系統滿意度，不會因性別、年齡、教育程度、服務年資不同而有顯著差異。 3.在使用公文線上簽核系統滿意度會因職務及使用系統時間不同有顯著差異。 4.公文線上簽核系統的系統品質、系統品質和服務品質之間具有顯著相關性。 The main research framework of this study is based on the Delone & McLean Model of Information Systems Success. The subject is based on the user''s perspectives that have used the Document On-line Submission and Approval System in MOEA. There were 250 questionnaires issued for user wrote, by analyzing data 208 were retrieved, retrieved rate of 83.2%. After analyzing these questionnaires, we came up with the following conclusions: 1. The Satisfaction of Document On-line Submission and Approval System for staff members in MOEA is “above the average”. 2. The Satisfaction of Document On-line Submission and Approval System from the comparison of different groups of demographic variables such as gender, age, education, and years of etc. did not reach significant level. 3. The Satisfaction of Document On-line Submission and Approval System was significantly different with job positions and use hours. 4. The Document On-line Submission and Approval System’s system quality, information quality and service quality all have positive correlation.
