近年來,海外直接投資已成為今日全球化經濟體系的重要趨勢,為了保持競爭優勢,台灣成衣產業紛紛轉往中國大陸及東南亞等勞力成本低廉的國家進行海外投資。本研究透過個案研究,探討個案公司在非洲投資成衣產業的關鍵成功因素,探討企業需要具備哪些優勢,才能成功從事海外投資?同時該如何規避各種海外投資之風險,以提升企業競爭力。 本研究旨在探討台商進入非洲投資設廠,是用什麼樣的方式去經營企業?如何在非洲這個政府法規、風俗民情與地方文化完全不同的土地上找到平衡點、找到與台灣不同的管理模式?並深入探討其關鍵成功因素,以作為未來台商擬往非洲發展成衣產業,去發展具備競爭競爭優勢之基礎。 本個案研究,透過深度訪談與蒐集該個案之次級資料,再藉由折衷理論模式及SWOT分析去進行資料的分析,可歸納出個案公司之關鍵成功因素: (1)掌握非洲之區位優勢,以提升競爭力。 (2)透過貿易商股東,掌握穩定客源。 (3)透過布廠股東,獲得品質穩定之原物料。 (4)了解並融入當地文化,以便掌握當地工人與官員執法標準。 (5)引進先進設備,以加強工廠效能,消弭可能產生之問題。 In the recent years, Foreign Direct Investment has become the main tendency of the current world economy. Maintaining a competitive edge in industry, Taiwan garment enterprises have moved factory to China & Southeast Asia for lower labor cost. This research discusses how Taiwan garment Enterprises KSF through case study. Furthermore to point out what advantages a Taiwan garment Enterprise must have to be able to achieve Foreign Direct Investment successfully? And how to enhance market competitiveness & prevent evasion risks from Foreign Direct Investment simultaneously? This research aim to explore how Taiwanese enterprises set up & run factory in Africa? How to find a balance for management in Africa under the tradition difference, culture difference & different government regulations? This paper also explore more on the KSF to develop advantage in competition for future Taiwan garment Enterprise. The methodology of this research is using qualitative case study via secondary data analysis and case study. Then we use Eclectic Model & SWOT to conclude results for KSF as follows: 1. To use the Location advantage in Africa that will help to increase in competition. 2. Manage existing customers through shareholders of merchant. 3. Get quality materials from shareholders of fabric factory. 4. Understand local culture, so company may manage workers & obey the local law. 5. Importing advanced production equipments and improving factory efficiency to prevent potential problems.
