    Abstract: 由於科技快速發展,造就了產品在市場上極具競爭的現象,導致產品的生命週期越來越短,而盲目地跟隨別人的腳步推出新產品,對企業來說並非良好的策略。唯有針對市場的需求做產品的創新,才能激發出正確的產品創意。然而企業要如何在短時間內,不斷地推出新產品來滿足市場需求,以維持本身的競爭優勢為本研究的課題。
    一般用於新產品開發的工具為品質機能展開 (QFD),為了解決品質機能展開無法來回檢視的缺點,本研究則分成六個階段以平板電腦案例進行實證分析,以驗證在新產品設計與開發過程中,如何將概念發展的流程導入改良式需求/種子矩陣 (Need-Seeds Matrix) 的方法。第一階段為了解顧客需求,收集市場資料做產品市場區隔;第二階段為產品概念的形成、選擇及測試之概念發展程序,再以創新問題解決理論 (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving,TRIZ) 作為產品設計時的衝突檢驗工具及創新方法構思的重要依據,經過專家團隊採用概念評分矩陣,選擇新產品最佳方案後分析產品功能;第三階段為探討模組文獻;第四階段為利用專利分析 (Patent Analysis) 整合新產品所需技術方向;第五階段為在資源需求規劃的限制下,建構一個新產品研發決策重要的流程;最後第六階段,本研究以有系統地規劃技術需求及探討未來新產品發展方向,並整合繪製技術地圖分析關係評選以進行一致性檢核與行動計畫擬定,經過相關專家的評估、驗證以呈現方法論在實務上的可行性,以達反覆確認功效提供企業研發人員作為有效地決策策略之參考。
    Due to the rapid evolution of technologies, product market usually induces extreme competitions and the life cycle of the products are often getting shorter. If a new product is launched without further surveys but with only the paces of the competitors, it is not a good strategy for enterprise. The effective idea of an innovative product can only be inspired through targeting the market demands. Advantage based study is how do companies introduce new products continiously meet market demand in order to maintain its competitive in a short time. Generally used for new product development tools for the Quality Function Deployment (QFD), however, the study was designed Tablet PC Case for empirical analysis, and validation of new product design and development process, then the establishment of conceptual development processes into improved demand / seed matrix (Need-Seeds Matrix) tools, from product concept to customer demand the formation, selection and testing of conceptual development program, and then TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving, TRIZ) as a product design conflicts inspection tool and innovative approaches to the idea of an important basis for the concept of team of experts rated the best solution matrix selection of new products, product features required for the analysis and study modules literature and the use of patent analysis (Patent Analysis) required to integrate new products technical direction, and finally resource constraints demand planning to construct an important new product development decision-making processes. Systematic planning technical requirements and discuss the future direction of development of new products, and integration of rendering technology relationship vote for map analysis across subjects and develop action plans to achieve repeatedly confirm efficacy provides enterprise R & D personnel as a reference for effective decision-making strategies .
