    Abstract: 個人桌上型電腦電源供應器由於個人桌上型電腦逐漸在改變型式以及筆記型電腦和平板電腦需求上升的情形下需求逐漸成衰退,為了讓企業永續經營許多廠商及品牌紛紛轉型淡出市場。
    Based on personal computer is changing the form factor, the requirement for laptop and tablet is rasing, causing the requirement for ATX power supply is dropping down. To let company can keep the business continuity; many companies change business type or slowly quit this market.
    In this study, use Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis to study the case study company’s strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. Discuss the company work hard in this business can use different kinds of strategy to survive in this business and win the market sharing by Expert Interview.
    Since 2008, Europe financial crisis and the weak of global financial, there is only few suppliers had increase in the market. Experts present the best trend is only keep it steady; however, ATX power supply in PC market will keep dropping down in the future.
    The suggestion for small and medium sized enterprises is Niche strategy or Harvest strategy. For big sized enterprises is Leader strategy.
