    Abstract: 在行動無線上網的軟硬體設備日漸成熟及智慧型手機數量的增加,使用者透過手機使用行動上網已蔚為風潮,許多銀行業者也看準了行動商務的無限商機,紛紛投入設計自家的行動網路銀行軟體APP,提供客戶更貼心的服務,利用智慧型手機或平板電腦即可隨時隨地使用銀行所提供的帳戶查詢、轉帳、放款、信用卡服務、服務據點查詢…等功能。目前台灣共有22家銀行提供行動網路銀行APP服務,雖然各銀行提供的功能無太大差異,但彼此間相互較勁,目前使用仍尚未普及,尤其各家銀行的APP申請、認證方式與流程不同,皆有可能會降低使用者使用的意願。合作金庫商業銀行為全國通路最多之商業銀行,存、放款市占率位居國內領先地位,主要重點項目著重在放款授信業務,對其電子金融商務仍有較大成長空間。因此本研究以合作金庫為個案,探討行動銀行APP功能業務發展。
    本研究目的在:(1)探討個案銀行APP功能業務發展之現況分析。(2)探討個案銀行APP功能實務應用之發展趨勢。(3)針對使用者所注重的因素提供建議,提升行動銀行服務功能。其研究步驟如下:(1)文獻分析-整理個案電子金融業務及行動銀行業務、行動銀行APP的功能、以及同業銀行的APP發展現況,以分析個案行動銀行APP功能實務應用的發展現況及未來趨勢。(2)深度訪談-邀請具有行動銀行APP相關背景的從業人員進行深度訪談,了解研究對象對行動銀行業務發展方向及實務發展之情況,對研究行動銀行功能實務發展趨勢,提供實質參考,以提升行動銀行服務功能。
    本研究經上述研究過程,發現下列研究結果:(1)合作金庫行動網銀APP經營保守。(2)行動銀行APP結合社群網站 未來將更貼近人們的生活。(3)個案行動銀行APP未來尚可提供服務功能,例如:黃金存摺買賣交易、與房仲業異業結盟、語音安全辨識登入。
    As the usage growth of the smart phone and the mobile internet, more and more banks develop the mobile banking APP to promote their business. The users could do the account inquiry, money transfer, loans, on their mobile device through these mobile banking APP. The research chooses Taiwan Cooperative Bank as the study case and discusses the function development of its mobile banking APP.
    The objects of the research are as follows. (1) Find out the function development situation of the mobile banking APP of the case. (2) Discuss the function development trend of the mobile banking APP of the case. (3) Improve the function of mobile banking APP according to the users’ issues. And the research method includes 2 steps. (1) Literature review. (2) Expert interview.
    Through the process mentioned above, the research results are as follows. (1) The mobile banking APP of Taiwan Cooperative Bank operates conservatively. (2) In the future, the mobile banking App combining with the social network website will be close to human’s living. (3) The mobile banking APP of Taiwan Cooperative could offer more functions including gold trading, cross-industry alliance with real estate, voice recognition login.
