    摘要: 本實驗對添加抑制劑電聚合聚苯胺以及有機無機複合材料雙層膜,在鋼片上的防蝕效果進行研究。在含苯胺之磷酸緩衝溶液中,添加腐蝕抑制劑 (含羧酸基或胺基),如:酒石酸 (2H)、檸檬酸 (3H)、EDTA (4H-2N)、Na2EDTA (2H-2N) 、Na4EDTA (0H-2N)、EA (1N)、EDA (2N)、DETA (3N)、TETA (4N-L) 或TAEA (4N-B),並電聚合聚苯胺1 h。由電化學測量與鹽霧測試結果看到胺類的抑制效果較好,其中TAEA有最好的腐蝕抑制效果。對胺類抑制劑改變濃度作電化學測試,發現有最佳添加濃度1.0 × 10-3 M,濃度不論較少或較多時,抑制腐蝕的效果皆下降。附著力測試中,添加TAEA、TETA或DETA可以提升聚苯胺對鐵片基材的附著力至4 B (5%)。利用浸漬塗佈法將苯胺、TMOS與PMMA製備所得的有機無機複合材料披覆於聚苯胺薄膜上。雙層薄膜的硬度為9 H,附著力達5B (0%),膜厚維持在10μm以下。與ATP單層薄膜比較,在電化學上有較低的腐蝕電流密度,及較大的阻抗值。當苯胺、TMOS與PMMA的重量比為17 : 2 : 2時抗腐蝕能力最好,電化學腐蝕電位與裸鋼的差為0.323 V,腐蝕電流密度0.57 nA/cm2,腐蝕電阻值達25.4 MΩ×cm2,鹽霧測試樣品腐蝕面積為15 % 時間可大於2000 h。
    In this research, the effect of bilayer anticorrosive films containing electropolymerized polyaniline with inhibitors and organic-inorganic composites on a mild steel has been studied. Inhibitors (containing amine and/or carboxyl groups) were added into the phosphate buffer solution containing aniline, such as tartaric acid (2H), citric acid (3H), EDTA (4H-2N), Na2EDTA (2H-2N), Na4EDTA (0H-2N), EA (1N), EDA (2N), DETA (3N), TETA (4N-L) or TAEA (4N-B), and then electropolymerization for 1 h. By the electrochemical measurements and salt spray test results to find better anticorrosive behavior of amine derivatives, in which TAEA has the best anticorrosion effect. The dependence of the electrochemical measurements on the concentration of the amine derivatives found that the best inhibitor concentration is 1.0×10-3 M, either less or more, the effects of inhibition would decrease. In the adhesion test, adding TAEA, TETA, or DETA the adhesion of polyaniline on the substrate increases to 4 B (5%). Using dip coating to coat a film of organic inorganic composite, which was prepared with aniline, TMOS and PMMA upon the polyaniline layer. The film formed has an adhesion test of 5 B (0%) with a hardness of 9 H and maintains thickness at 10 μm less. Compared with the bilayer and the monolayer film of ATP, the former have a value of the lower corrosion current densities, and larger impedance. Since the weight ratio of aniline/TMOS/PMMA is 17/2/2, the sample has the best anticorrosive effect. Corrosion potential of the film is 0.323 V higher than that of the mild steel. Corrosion current density and corrosion resistance is 0.57 nA/cm2 and 25.4 MΩ×cm2, respectively. Salt spray test is more than 2000 h while 15% area is corroded.
