以傳統方式製備含水性化脂肪族化合物之水性聚胺酯(PU),以TMPTA-AZ架橋形成含脂肪族化合物-水性聚胺酯;另使用含PDMS多元醇製備形成疏水性聚胺酯聚物,亦中和後加水分散成為水性PU分散液。將此兩種水性PU摻混並以TMPTA-AZ架橋形成水性PU混成樹脂(aqueous-based PU hybrids);利用含浸塗佈的方式將水性PU混成樹脂塗佈在聚酯(PET)織物上,經由各種比例的水性PU摻混乾燥時,進行交聯反應,使原本具有親水性的織物表面具有撥水的性質,因為混成PU樹脂形成化學鍵結的互穿式網狀交聯PU混成樹脂,進而提高其耐水洗性。經撥水加工後的織物對水接觸角在120°以上,滑動角在20°以下,潤濕時間可達60分鐘以上,且經50次洗滌後仍維持其原有撥水效果。 A oleic-acid containing aqueous-based polyurethane (PU) has been prepared by conventional method with a multi-aziridine curing agent (TMPTA-AZ); A PDMS-containing aqueous-based PU has been also prepared by conventional method. PU hybrids are obtained from blending these two resins in different ratios and then cured with TMPTA-AZ. A water-repellent PET textile is obtained by the treatment of these aqueous-based PU hybrids by dipping process. Aqueous PU is self-cured on drying and resulted in the formation of cross-linked interpenetrating network (IPN).The hydrophobic PU anchored into fabric fibers and that enhanced the water-washing durability. This treated water-repellent textile (PET) has a static water contact angle over 120°and sliding angle below 20°and wetting time over 60 minutes and still maintain its original water repellency after 50 water washing cycles.
