    Abstract: (1)利用Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction方式合成聯苯腈起始物(2)利用[Pd]/[Ag]/TFA系統催化聯苯腈類起始物進行碳-氫鍵活化合成芴酮。利用實驗室所得到最佳化反應條件:(1) 0.5 mmol(1當量) 聯苯睛,10 mol% Pd(MeCN)2Cl2、20 mol % AgTFA、1.1當量 H2O、1.5 mL TFA、0.75 mL DMA。
    The biphenyl derivatives were synthesized by Suzuki- Miyaura coupling reaction to obtain the starting materials. A novel procedure employed [Pd]/[Ag]/TFA system catalyzed cascade reactions of nitrile directed remote C-H bond activation that afforded variously polysubstituted fluorenones in moderate to good yields with tolerance of a wide variety of substrates.
