    Abstract: 本論文主要是研究有機染料三苯胺類衍生物HCH3薄膜態樣品在溫度變化下的吸收光譜與光致發光光譜,再藉由分析光譜來比較樣品HCH3與HCH2、HCH4光電特性的差別。我們從HCH2、HCH3、HCH4吸收面積與PL面積的比值中得知這三個樣品在溫度高於300K之後比值有顯著的上升趨勢,代表使用這些材料製作的太陽能電池的效率在溫度升高的情況下可能也越高。
    In this thesis, we study the absorption (Abs) and photoluminescence (PL) spectra of organic dye, triphenylamine HCH3, in film with various temperatures. By comparing the ratio of Abs to PL of HCH3 to that of HCH2 and HCH4, we find that the ratio of Abs to PL of these three samples will increase when temperature is higher than 300K. This result could imply that the efficiency of solar cell will be higher.
