爰於這樣的想法,透過相關文獻、資料之分析作為研究理論基礎,再藉由兩岸壽險業的演進發展,瞭解兩岸壽險業市場現況,發現台灣壽險業依法可循之西進大陸經營模式,並將目前已進入大陸市場的四家台灣壽險公司經營現況與績效作一整理與分析,以作為將來有意前往大陸市場發展之壽險公司獲取最佳進入市場利益之建議。 According to the latest information from 2012, the Taiwan insurance industry has been developing over several decades, and that’s main reason that Taiwan is becoming a saturated market. Under the Condition and Financial liberalization, expanding international businesses is a necessary trend. Since China opened up and innovated their economic environment, its insurance market is rapidly increasing. China’s large population, innovation of their health care system, and improvement of living standards means the market in China has huge potential opportunities to develop. Few of the Taiwanese insurance companies can resist the attraction of this developing market.
After China joined the WTO, it stared to open its economy up gradually. There are more and more foreign insurance companies that set up branches in China. We can now see some of those companies’ results and learn about the potential of the Chinese market. Recently Taiwan has signed MOU, ECFA with China, those treaties are extremely important issues to the Taiwan insurance industry. The Taiwan insurance industry should think about those issues seriously before developing in China.
This essay is based on the analysis of pertinent literature and the evolution between Taiwan and China to understand the situation of the employment market and find a positive way to legally develop in the Chinese market. The research compares four Taiwanese companies which already run their own business in China. It will offer some useful information and good advice to those companies that decide to enter the market in China and run a successful business there.
