    Abstract: 有鑑於台灣社會的日益老化,且在政府推動長期照顧十年計畫政策下,居家照顧慢慢成為我國長期照顧服務體系的重要項目之一,居家照顧服務員則在居家服務其中扮演著重要之角色。

    早期政府對於照顧服務員開設及教育專業知能是為了解決老人及失能者的基本需求,而現今的專業知能則是為了滿足老人及失能者更廣泛的需求和改變,以樹立其專業形象。

    本研究旨在綜合教育訓練與專業知能之文獻後,探討居家照顧服務員之專業知能,將照顧服務員訓練與照顧服務員技術士技能檢定兩者內容對照後,用自製問卷為研究工具,使用問卷進行調查,由內政部在長照社政項目服務提供單位之各縣市長期照顧服務提供單位一覽表中,台北市和新北市之社會局委託提供照顧服務之居家服務單位共29家為母群體,希冀能了解現今居家照顧服務員「應具備」與「已具備」之專業知能。

    依研究之結果,建議應該加強照顧服務員之訓練內容與丙級技術士之項目內容,以增進居家照顧服務員之專業知能。

    一、照顧服務員之訓練內容:「營養與膳食」、「疾病徵兆之認識與處理」、「身體結構與功能」、「基本生理需求」、「急症處理」。

    二、照顧服務員丙級技術士之項目內容:「生活照顧」、「身體照顧」、「緊急級意外事件處理」。
    In view of the aging society in Taiwan,Executive Yuan promote a ten years policy of long term care,home care becomes one of the important items in service system of long-term care,and care attendant play an important role in the home care.

    The government set up and education professional capability to care attendant is in order to solve the need of elderly and disability early,today''s professional capability is in intended to satisfy the wider needs and changes,for care attendant to establish foster their professional image.

    This study was designed to after combining training education and training and professional capability of the literature,to explore home care attendant''s professional knowledge,using home-made questionnaire as a research tool to investigate,take 29 service units in Taipei city and New Taipei city as the population,hoping to be able to know now home care attendants "should have" and "already have" professional capability.

    According to the research results show, it is recommended to streng the training content for care attendant and the content of class c certified technician for care attendant , to promote the professional capability of care attendant.

    First, the training content for care attendant: "Nutrition and diet", "signs of disease understanding and treatment", "body structure and function," "basic physiological needs," "emergency treatment."

    Second, the content of class c certified technician for care attendant: "Life Care", "body care", "handle emergencies and accidents."
