研究主要目的在於了解租賃業購買保險計畫主要決定因子。首先透過文獻探討來了解租賃業的風險，接著由文獻及深度訪談分析，瞭解租賃業購買保險計畫時會有哪些因子，以作為本研究之分析層級法(AHP)問卷內容的參考資料。經由分析層級法(AHP)之問卷分析比較，以了解租賃業購買保險計畫的主要決定因子。根據研究提出結論與建議。 本研究建議如下： 一、 租賃業者安排保險時應避免以保險費為單一考量因子，而應以整體考量為原則與基礎。 二、 租賃業者之購買保險主事者與最後決策者，應信任保險專家之建議。 The purpose of this study, by employing literature review, In-Depth Interview and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods, to identify the key determinant factors of insurance plan on leasing industry. The significances of this study are insight of analysis into the order and weights of the key determinant factors of insurance plan which provide to leasing industry to plan their insurance purchasing plan accordingly. The followings are recommended to the leasing industry: 1. An overall consideration for planning insurance is necessary. 2. Trust insurance experts opinions when planning insurance program.
