    Abstract: 中國大陸經濟在全球的影響力與日俱增,現正積極推動人民幣成為國際化貨幣,而全球各大金融中心對人民幣業務的發展亦抱高度的關注,並視為不可缺席的一場國際盛事。臺灣與中國大陸有著同文同種的背景優勢,2012年8月31日中央銀行與中國人民銀行簽署《海峽兩岸貨幣清算合作備忘錄》,為我國人民幣業務帶來新契機,也為兩岸貨幣管理機構及兩岸金融業合作展開新的一頁。本研究主要透過文獻分析法,瞭解人民幣國際化的發展架構,再利用基本架構下的相關人民幣業務發展情形,歸納發展人民幣業務的問題及關鍵因素,進一步探討我國與中國大陸簽訂兩岸貨幣清算機制後,我國銀行業開展人民幣業務的策略方向。
    China''s economy has become more influential in the world. August 31, 2012, the Central Bank and the People''s Bank of China signed the "Cross-Strait Currency Settlement Memorandum of Cooperation", brings a new opportunity for RMB business in Banking industry in Taiwan. This study is mainly through literature analysis to understand the development of RMB internationalization framework, and then by tracing the development of Renminbi business to summarized the key factors of RMB Business development. Further, to explore our RMB business strategy for banking industry in Taiwan after Cross-Strait Currency Settlement Memorandum of Cooperation signed.
