    Title: 淡江大學學生寒暑假服務隊行前訓練課程規劃與服務學習滿意度之相關性研究

    Abstract: 近年來,服務學習的教育理念在國內備受重視,教育部於96年開始推動大專校院服務學習,期許培養學生公民意識與責任感,並提升品德教育與服務精神。若期望更多學生加入寒暑假服務學習的行列,了解學生服務學習的滿意程度是重要的;而由文獻發現訓練品質會影響滿意程度,因此,良好的事前訓練,必定會為服務活動帶來更深遠的收穫。不過,服務學習卻鮮少針對行前訓練課程規劃與服務學習滿意度兩者作系統性的研究,因此,此為值得研究之主題。
    本研究目的在探討大學生寒暑假服務隊行前訓練課程規劃與服務學習滿意度之相關性,以做為未來推廣及改善服務學習方案之依據。研究方法為問卷調查法,以淡江大學101學年度第一學期參與寒暑假服務隊之學生為研究對象,運用自編問卷「淡江大學學生參與寒暑假服務隊之行前訓練課程規劃與服務學習滿意度之調查問卷」進行調查。
    研究結果發現,淡江大學學生對於寒暑假服務隊之行前訓練課程規劃與服務學習滿意度普遍感到滿意並且發現行前訓練課程規劃中的課程設計對服務學習滿意度的影響最大。
    依據研究結果,研究者針對校方、指導單位及學生提出建議如下:
    (一) 對校方的建議
    本研究結果發現,淡江大學參與寒暑假服務隊之學生對其整體服務學習滿意度感受極佳,期望校方能給予寒暑假服務隊更大的支持與肯定,並加強宣傳寒暑假服務學習讓更多學生加入服務學習的行列。
    (二) 對指導單位的建議
    本研究結果發現,學生確實能從服務反思中獲得成長。建議指導單位能加強帶隊老師引導反思的能力,方以協助學生在服務學習的過程中進行反思、並促進學生服務反思的能力,讓師生彼此互動更多,營造一個積極成長的學習環境,相信有更高品質的服務反思帶領,必定會為學生帶來更多的成長收穫與更深遠的影響。
    (三) 對學生的建議
    建議服務隊能在課程中加強模擬真實情況的設計,以真實的服務情況作為背景,模擬實際服務會遭遇到的問題,增強學生問題解決的能力。服務隊在未來經營時可多多宣導「持續服務」與「經驗傳承」的重要性,持續服務學生才能從更多元的面向進行反思中獲得成長;完整的經驗傳承才得以讓學生於服務學習的過程中縮短摸索期、成長收穫方能更多。
    Service-Learning is more and more important in higher education which can help students develop civic consciousness and sense of responsibility. The author believed that curriculum planning of pre-service training should have profound effects on the Service-Learning quality of volunteer service teams.
    The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the curriculum planning of pre-service training and the Service-Learning satisfaction of Tamkang University current volunteer service teams. 248 effective questionnaires were obtained from this population. ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and regression statistical method were adopted in this study. The results reveal that there is a significant positive correlation between curriculum planning of pre-service training and the Service-Learning satisfaction. And that the course design is most predictive to the Service-Learning satisfaction.
    The study suggests that concerned authorities should provide more support to volunteer service teams and encourage more students to join Service-Learning. It is also suggested that teacher’s ability to guide students’ reflections on their Service-Learning process should be strengthened, and students’ ability of problem-solving can be strengthened through course design which can include more real cases simulations.
