    Abstract: Marc Prensky在2001年提出的數位原生的概念,係指在科技充斥的環境下出生的人。數位原生認為科技是生活中不可或缺的一部分,電腦是他們學習的母語。
    由於電腦科技的進步,數位說故事的製作已不像過去那樣繁雜,只要具備電腦、影像編輯軟體,再加上各種素材,人人都可製作數位故事。但是目前市面上的各種影片,品質良莠不齊,需建立一套製作的原則,使收視者能清楚接收影片所傳遞的訊息。因此,針對數位原生的特性,本研究發展一套應用於數位說故事的視訊媒體訊息設計原則,使教師在課堂上能利用該原則進行數位說故事教學。
    本研究運用系統化教學設計模式,以分析、設計、發展、實施和評鑑等步驟,透過文獻探討及兩則數位說故事發展最初之視訊媒體訊息設計原則,並藉由該視訊媒體訊息設計原則製作數位說故事。經過專家與使用者評鑑等實證研究,歸納統整最終之「視訊媒體訊息設計原則應用於數位說故事」。
    Marc Prensky proposed the concept of Digital Natives in 2001. Digital Natives are born within the technology environment and believe that technology is an integral part of their life. They are all “native speakers” of the digital language of computers.
    The advances of computer technology promote digital storytelling production. With the advanced video editing software, people can tell their own digital stories easily. However, it is important to synthesize designing principles of digital storytelling for better instructional purpose and quality. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop the design principles of video message for digital storytelling for teachers who may utilize digital storytelling in class.
    This research utilizes systematic instructional design process, including analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Through literature review and analysis of two digital storytelling videos, video message design principles were developed. Following the designing principles of digital storytelling, a digital storytelling video were created and evaluated by experts and target users.
